The new studio software (Patent pending) allows studios and networks to shoot digitally, capture and manage casting sessions worldwide. This includes the management of outside casting directors from anywhere in the world. Casting sessions arrive from outside casting directors organized and in most cases complete with headshots and resumes. Audition clips are automatically organized into master cast lists as well as by project and can be referred and utilized for future projects at the click of a button.

Search Engine
Our search engine is a robust tool that provides a quick name search or can be used for detailed agency roster, ethnicity, gender, region, physical characteristics, special skills and union searches. In addition, every word or partial word of the resumes is searchable giving access into historical resume details for past productions, directors, companies, roles, etc.

NOW APPEARING is a "TV guide" designed for virtually every type of venue that offers casting professionals a way to promote or track an actor or model’s career. This unique software is tied into Casting Workbook’s breakdown service allowing this guide to display credits and certain show details for viewers.
Agents and Casting pros can now put actors on “watch lists” for instant email and SMS notification whenever they appear in any venue type.
Actors and their agents can now enter stage, theatrical and video releases, magazine covers, showcases, television shows, billboards, personal appearances, etc. Represented talent and their agents can post their appearances and leave tickets at the “willcall booth” for casting and production executives. Agents receive an automatic “roster appearances” list that tells them when and where their actors are appearing. Non represented actors can post appearances and “show off” their talent to prospective agents and casting pros alike.

Allowing any Casting Workbook member to courier "same day" packages using their online materials for immediate delivery in key cities, ePackage will revolutionize workflow.
With a few mouse clicks, a client in any city can order local courier delivery, in key cities, of any electronic materials stored on Casting Workbook. This allows, for example, an agent in New York to send a clients headshot and resume and DVD copy of their demo reel to a Casting Direct in Los Angeles in less than 3 hours at a rate less than a traditional courier.
Audio & Video
Audio and video demo reels can be viewed instantly online from any high speed service including cable and DSL. Live auditions and demo reels can be shortlisted and forwarded to production for approval.
Industry Messaging
Direct and confidential desktop-to-desktop Industry messaging to Casting Workbook professionals is available with pre-built lists of major industry agency and casting groups. After messages are sent, you can review whether the recipient(s) have received your message.
