MEMBER AGREEMENT
Please complete this
form in order to process your application for membership services provided by
the BTN OnLine Talent Directory.
This Agreement is entered into by _____________________
("Member") having his/her principal address at

with Black Talent News.com, Inc. ("BTN.com") having an office at 1620
Centinela Avenue, Suite 204, Inglewood, CA 90302 and OnLine Production
Services, Inc. ("OnLine"), having an office at 11040 Santa Monica
Blvd., Suite 410, Los Angeles, CA 90025.
For my enrollment fee, my photograph(s) and other information will be
placed online in the BTN OnLine Talent Directory and in the Casting Workbook
(if agent represented) or in the BTN OnLine Talent Directory and in the OnLine
Scout Database (if not agent represented) and made available to casting
director members, talent agent members, production company members, studio and
network members (where applicable) for a period of one full year. BTN.com and OnLine's databases are secure
and restricted to industry professionals, however, BTN.com and OnLine are not
responsible for any third party misuse of the system and shall not be
responsible for any interruption of service caused by hardware or software
failure or Year 20000 compliance conflicts.
I may not divulge my user name or password to any third party or my
membership may be revoked. If I an
under the age of 18, I have obtained permission from my parent or guardian to
join the BTN OnLine Talent Directory.
The term of this Agreement begins once my photograph(s) and/or
demo/video audio tape(s) and/or scripts have been uploaded to the database and
terminates one (1) year from that date.
By signing this Agreement, I understand and agree that BTN.com and
OnLine make no warranty or promise, either expressed or implied, that I will
obtain work but only that my photograph(s) and other information supplied by
myself will be made available to industry professionals utilizing the BTN
OnLine Talent Directory, Casting Workbook or OnLine's Scout Databases.
