On the street, his knapsack full of radio equipment, Paul is in the right place at the right time, as he follows Tony, his gun aimed at the back of Dick's head, through the streets, along with the cops. Shocked at the actual sight, Paul is surprised that the police have orders to do nothing and just let the kidnapper walk out of the building with his hostage...RECURRING CAUCASIAN
