O'BRIEN
Male, White, 30s, good-natured, fun but on the ball when it comes to the job, O'Brien is one of Fred's reporters at the news station. He's busy typing up copy from Fred and Ben's notes as they all hustle to stay on top of the breaking news story of Tony Kiritsis' taking banker Dick Hall hostage. O'Brien is shocked when station manager Jerry doesn't want to let Tony call in to Fred for a live interview -- to O'Brien, this is a huge story that any other radio station would kill to get...RECURRING CAUCASIAN

Female, 20s, timid-looking, Helen's a temp at the news station who last summer filled in at Meridian Mortgage, where Tony Kiritisis now has Dick Hall as a hostage. When Fred asks if anyone knows someone who works at Meridian Mortgage, Helen speaks up and agrees to talk to one of her friends in the typing pool there. OFFICER DAVID MILLER
Male, 34, trained to be calm and reassuring no matter the circumstances, Officer Miller mans a phone at his desk at the police call center (this is before the days of 911). He can't quite believe what he's hearing when a volatile Tony Kiritsis calls in to say that he's holding a gun at Dick Hall's head, but he stays calm and tries to get as much information out of Tony as he can, confirming the situation with Dick Hall and passing notes to fellow officers as he continues to talk with Tony… CAUCASIAN
PASTOR GREGG
Male, Black, 60s, serene, secure in his ministry, genuine in his desire to help another human being, without fear for his own personal safety, Pastor Gregg sees Tony Kiritsis on the street with hostage Dick Hall. He comes over to see what's going on and reassures Tony of God's love. He also asks Tony to let Dick go and take him in his place… BLACK
OFFICER DWYER
Male, 25, a rookie cop, Officer Dwyer is one of the police officers watching Tony Kiritsis walk his hostage, Dick Hall, down the street, a shotgun pointed to his head. When Dwyer sees Tony reach for another gun in his waistband, he draws his gun and points it at Tony, despite orders from his superiors to leave Tony alone. Dwyer doesn't want to back down, even when Sgt. Folino tells him he can put his gun away… CAUCASIAN
CAMERAMAN
Male, this local TV cameraman arrives on the scene as Tony Kiritsis leaves Merdian Mortgage with his hostage, Dick Hall. He can't believe what he's seeing, but he keeps his camera going and trained on Tony and Dick as they walk down the street... CAUCASIAN

Female, 20s-30s, she's the receptionist at Meridian Mortgage, where she asks the person in the waiting room, Tony Kiritsis, if she can get him some water or coffee… CAUCASIAN
VIOLINIST / GHOST OF CHRISTMASES PAST
In addition to supporting the musical elements of the show, the actor-violinist will also play at least one narrative character; in past iterations that has often been the ‘Ghost of Christmases Past’ or ‘Mr./Mrs. Bailiwick’ but may be any open part depending on the fit.
TINA CRATCHIT
The Cratchits’ youngest child; kind and big-hearted, despite her illness. [Note: this role will be performed by two young actors who will alternate performance nights]
SHO
20 to 35 years old; Asian; Male. Math Prodigy. Sho is a twenty-something half-Japanese artist working out of his studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. His adoption of his mother’s maiden name and rejection of a career in the sciences, despite a prodigious mathematical ability and formal education in the field, is a clear repudiation of his father’s legacy. And yet he harbours a deep-seated desire for his father's approval and to repair the frayed relationship, though he would never admit it. Sho is handsome and likeable, if not a bit direct, showing resilience and depth in difficult situations that add layers to his charismatic demeanor. He thinks of himself as a practical decision-maker but in actuality he’s guided by emotion, for better or for worse.
MAYA
35 to 50 years old; Asian; Female. Head of FBI Link Division. Maya Han is a seasoned FBI agent heading up the San Francisco field office, specifically monitoring U.S. based links for unauthorized activity. Although she’s known for her sharp wit, her impatience can sometimes get the better of her. Her once-promising career hit a standstill with the mysterious disappearance of Daniel a decade earlier, a setback that left her with a persistent chip on her shoulder. Determined and resourceful, Maya channels her frustration into an unrelenting drive to find him, viewing his capture as both a personal and professional redemption. Her intelligence and tenacity make her a formidable agent. Although she missteps from time to time, she may be the true hero of this story.
HOST (ENG)
English speaker with a general Canadian/American accent. Open to all ethnicities and genders. Late 30s - early 40s. Someone who embodies the Subaru lifestyle (i.e., outdoorsy, adventure seekers, care for the planet, etc.) Our host should be a confident speaker who can easily talk about more technical topics in a clear way. But we want to make sure they have a good amount of casualness and friendliness. We don’t want it to be overly clinical or stiff, they should feel like a friend who is passionate about EVs and is excited to take you through what they know. They should be engaging and enthusiastic without being too over the top.
HOST (FR)
FRENCH SPEAKER (Quebecois accent preferred). Open to all ethnicities and genders. Late 30s - early 40s. Someone who embodies the Subaru lifestyle (i.e., outdoorsy, adventure seekers, care for the planet, etc.) Our host should be a confident speaker who can easily talk about more technical topics in a clear way. But we want to make sure they have a good amount of casualness and friendliness. We don’t want it to be overly clinical or stiff, they should feel like a friend who is passionate about EVs and is excited to take you through what they know. They should be engaging and enthusiastic without being too over the top.
HAND DEMO
Open to all ethnicities and genders. Clean manicured. No distracting elements (e.g., tattoos). Our hand model will be maneuvering miniature items so want to ensure they’re not so large that the objects get lost or become difficult to see.
Michael
Michael is a warm, kind, and loyal man. He is recently divorced and hesitant to love again. A supportive friend to Moe, he’s honest yet compassionate, finds comfort in cooking, and quietly longs for connection despite his guarded heart.
Logan
A young man still learning to come in to his own He was once shy but is now testing his confidence. Logan is caught between youth and adulthood and sometimes forgets that honesty is the best policy, but his heart is in the right place.
Marilyn
Marilyn is a pivotal piece of Sasha's journey. She is a retired teacher, an absolute busybody, and Sasha's neighbor. Driven by a need for order and purpose since her husband's death, she has appointed herself the caretaker of her neighbors. Although her intentions are pure and wants to foster community, her well-meaning but overbearing interventions often rub people the wrong way. All she really wants is connection, but isn't one to admit it.
