She relies on weed and alcohol to build up the confidence to speak to Briar, but experiences a series of events that make her reconsider what her priorities in life should be. Iris is Lorelei's straight best friend. She struggles to understand Lorelei's obsession with her crushes and deep desire for love. She attends the party as emotional support for Lorelei, but is quickly abandoned while she speaks to a man at the bar. She eventually confronts Lorelei, which leads to an emotional and cathartic moment. This character will be depicted on camera smoking (prop joint/cigarette).

Briar is an attractive, charismatic, and flirty personality. She loves to be the center of attention, which is why she is a popular DJ for student events. She is the life of the party and therefore does not take many interactions seriously. She cares for Briar, but not more than just a friend. This character will be depicted briefly dancing sensually with others.

This man asks to buy Briar drinks, and she makes a condition that he must buy Lorelei one too. When he doesn't, and the pair briefly neglect Lorelei, she wanders off back to the dance floor to see Briar. This interaction is the beginning of the tension building between the two best friends.

This man is a club promoters stares at Lorelei before engaging in standard club conversation with her. At this point, she already feels very under the influence and uses her discomfort as an excuse to leave the bar to watch Briar.
