Role description

Male, South Asian, 26 years old. Ideally looking for twins but open to all submissions. To play two roles opposite each other. JAY - A 26-year-old researcher for Knowledge AI, Jay is a highly educated but (slightly) autistic and quiet man who has spent his entire life prioritizing his career above all else. Shy and reclusive, his identity and sense of self are completely intertwined with his work. That said, against his usual personality and at the suggestion of his only friend Caroline, he reports KnowledgeAI to the US government, believing it is the right thing to do. This marks the first time he does something for an unselfish reason, an action for which he is immediately punished by death. Thus, he finds his morality constantly tested: feeling unfulfilled and immoral when engaging in his work, and not receiving any gratification when doing the objectively right thing to do. At his core, Jay desires a sense of identity outside of his work, which drives him to get to the bottom of the cloning scheme. JAY 2.0 A confident, outgoing person with deep loyalty to his company. Willing to speak for himself and make alliances strategically, he is the exact opposite of the original Jay. Completely unaware that he is a clone of the original Jay, he shows wholly capitalistic behaviors and makes statements in support of KnowledgeAI after the whistleblowing scandal. He is the perfect hypnotized employee until he finds out that he is a clone, at which point he is torn between his loyalty to his company and his frustration towards how his company has treated him and his body.
