Male Presenting, Late 20s to 30s. Open Ethnicity. Apathetic and lazy, entirely past his prime, Russel does just enough to not get fired. He’s not particularly liked by his coworkers, but his dryness and apathy is comforting to Pat. He is aware of the misery he’s inflicting on himself, but has no drive to change it. He might not be working at this fast food joint forever, but he has given up on any greater ambitions. MUST be comfortable with facial prosthetics.

Female presenting, late 20s to early 40s, open ethnicity. After decades of fast food work, Ashley is more HR than person. Kind and energetic, her spotless personality is not reflected in the dingy kitchen she manages.

Refer to script: Mom is FaceTiming her sister on a mini iPad, contorting to get a signal. In your audition: use your phone if you don't have a mini iPad, holding the device in between your toes just like the position she is in in the script. This role has a line of dialogue: while she's positioning, she says "almost got it!".
