Percy Rivers
“Iron” Percy Rivers is a seasoned stuntman who has a reputation as a cool, calm professional. He’s been in the game long enough to know when something doesn’t feel right, and when an amateur film crew wants him to perform a dangerous stunt, his reputation and career are put on the line. During the leadup to the stunt, Percy is questioning himself - is he overthinking things? Is it really that dangerous? Percy wars with himself, whether to be the steely professional, or trust his instincts. Once he makes the decision to walk away from the stunt, he stands on it, outwardly confident but inwardly still rattled. There is a strong undercurrent of uncertainty in his character until the end of the movie, where he’s proven right and finds his peace.
Ari
Ari is a young production assistant, working on the crew of an amateur film production. She has an energetic personality, and is willing to put up with discomfort and tough conditions in order to set herself apart. This belief of hers is challenged when she sees a stuntman stand up for himself when asked to do a dangerous stunt. She recognizes that if she keeps sacrificing her agency, she might be put into a dangerous situation like him. Ari’s admiration of the stunt man’s courage leads her to pursue a career in stunts, working with the stunt man now turned stunt coordinator on new productions.
Georgia

Her confidence has morphed into dismissiveness as she forgoes collaboration in favor of her single-mindedness.
Steve
Steve is a lax stunt coordinator, who sits on his laurels and allows his past reputation to do the majority of his work. He has no qualms about using his moderate fame inappropriately, including to secure jobs he’s not qualified for, and to try and impress young women on set. His reputation is everything to him, and when the stuntman he hired refuses a dangerous stunt, Steve doesn’t hesitate to get aggressive. He’s a bully, who expects those around him to follow his orders without question.
