Must be a strong vocalist. Strong abilities to harmonize. Does not have to be a dancer but must be able to follow to basic choreography. Must have strong showmanship, charisma, and leading stage presence. Must be professional, hard working, well prepared, takes direction well, a team player and easy to get along with (we are looking for personalities we can do long tours with). She is proud, stubborn, exhausted; balances internal vulnerability and emotional sensitivity (drama), with external sharpness as her armor (comedy).
