The following are PAID, NON-UNION roles for an independent dramatic short film (15 minutes). New emerging actors are encouraged to submit. We are looking for a group of passionate actors looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in a fun and a bit crazy comedy short. We believe every role in our story is a significant piece of the puzzle.
We are seeking individuals who are:

Storyline

You are invited to Natalie’s dinner party to celebrate success and vengeance. Natalie has big plans for revenge against the man who raped her sister, Laura. But, her scheme quickly falls into chaos, when all the men she invited to the party start testing her patience.
THE DINNER PARTY is a revenge dark comedy short film, inspired by unpleasant stories with men. What started as a catharsis took shape as a comedic, and a bit savage, short film, transforming scars into laughs.

Description Submit all ethnicities. Natalie is an independent and successful photographer. She gets a lot of male attention but has become more and more guarded over her experiences. She presents herself as a polished and well-rounded adult woman, but hides painful and traumatic events inside, including the abuse and suicide of her sister Laura. Her feelings of despair, sadness, disgust, frustration and pure rage have been bottled up for years. But since she recently found Noah, she’s determined to seek revenge for her sister.

Description Submit all ethnicities. Noah is a handsome lawyer, who comes from a wealthy family. He was a spoiled brat who abused young girls, but decided to “straighten” his life when his mom passed away, and “erase” those erratic episodes from the past. After that, he seems respectful of women’s desires and space. He is interested in Natalie.
