Description An introspective and observant 16 year old who experiences a sensory “Ping” that tells her what others need. Prairie has grown up being relied upon by everyone around her and has learned to equate usefulness with worth. When her ability fails for the first time, she is forced to confront uncertainty and learn how to listen rather than fix. Much of the performance is internal and nonverbal, relying on restraint, presence, and subtle emotional shifts. We are casting performers of all ethnicities and backgrounds. | ||

Over the course of the film, Micah risks creating independently for the first time by letting go of control.
