Description
ASIAN WOMAN. 50 years old. Annie is curious, quiet but not shy. She has become rather comfortable with her loneliness. Her grief is quiet and reserved. Annie's life is made up of routine to keep herself together.

Her daughter disappeared at Forillon National Park five years prior, and her marriage dissolved shortly after.

She visits the park every year on the anniversary of her daughter's disappearance. When she meets Leonora, she finds a sense of familiarity in the way Leonora carries herself and interacts with others. Annie moves out of her loneliness with curiosity, creating a connection with Leonora, who reminds her of her daughter.
