2Bed + Jen follows the (mis)adventures of two Hamilton women struggling to survive the cost-of-living crisis. In their thirties and barely scraping by with their service-sector jobs, the cousins find their lives hilariously upended when a whimsical woman on the run bursts into their world.

As a billionaire steel magnate, he does care about appearances, but not quite as much as his wife. He loves his family very much and will do whatever it takes to keep them happy -- especially his wife. He is always followed by his Executive Assistant, a shark who is ever-circling, waiting for his chance to steal Jen's place as the successor of Prem's business. He's usually quite quiet and matter of fact, a man of few words and little emotion. Jen’s parents (Prem and Maya) aren’t bad people; they just have very strong, narrow views about how things should be done. If it were up to them, she’d be running her father’s business and already be married to the handsome Indian boy they tried to set her up with after college, with children on the way. They are vibrant, fun-loving people at heart, but they are desperate for their daughter to have the “good life” they envisioned for her – the one that would have made their parents proud.
