An injured worker opens a WSIB letter rejecting his claim, then tries to reach a human via WSIB's AI chatbot. It repeatedly fails to understand "I broke my back," looping error messages until he gives up and closes the laptop. Cold, quiet, claustrophobic PSA ending on: "Don't add insult to injury. Tell Doug Ford: Stop the AI sellout at WSIB."
