Dorothy is a very charismatic, attentive young woman. She lives a simple life on her own, emerging herself into many hobbies and interests to fill in the great amount of free time she has. Dorothy took a liking to gardening after discovering her infertility, using it as an outlet to nurture and care. She roams the town of Brimsgy with a witty glow and the sweetest smile, and has the ability to comfort and soften just about anyone. Her smile is contagious, and her bubbly personality helps push herself through low moments.

Judy is the definition of tough love. Raised by a boarding school principle, she’s inherited a need for perfection and order, especially from her daughter, Lila. Judy has the utmost highest standards for herself and needs to be #1 for everything. Her rigged and harsh personality deflects many if a fake smile isn’t plastered onto her face. She cares deeply, but lacks the softness to communicate that.

Lila, Judy’s daughter, is one of the most imaginative little girls. Her brain is filled with colour and possibilities, but is constantly muted by her mother’s expectations. She wants nothing more than to play, dance, and laugh, often finding sneaky ways to do so. Lila wants to make her mother proud, but the goals she’s given are often unachievable, leaving her feeling like a failure most of the time. She buries this feeling and finds hope within other outlets, such as her friendship with her neighbour, Dorothy.

A man burdened by failure and grief, James hides his emotional sensitivity behind cynicism and self-sabotage. He longs for connection but resists vulnerability, stuck between wanting to be seen and fearing what others might find. His subconscious world is defined by guilt and paranoia, trapping him in an endless cycle of reliving his mistakes. He must confront his past by expanding his emotionality and allowing himself to finally feel.

In life, Violet is warm and grounded, radiating empathy and an almost stubborn loyalty to those she loves. She dreams of building a family and nurturing something lasting, her compassion as tender as it is consuming. Though in James’s mind, she becomes destructive and manipulative, a woman of blame and cruelty, born from his guilt. She lives in his psyche to destroy and torment him for the events that led to her untimely death.

Ideal actors will have experience in THEATRE, be energetic, positive, interested in working with children. Improv skills/comedic timing are an asset. Our shows are silly, stylized and slapstick. FRENCH is not necessary but is a HUGE asset, please let us know if you speak French.

Colby is a bright child. He loves to live in a world of imagination to escape from his monotonous family home. NOTE: Play fighting with prop swords involved, we will bring a professional to supervise this fight scene.

Gord is retired and has been married for 50 years. He loves his wife, but a marriage this long doesn't come without its frustrations and disagreements. He makes a rash decision to go and play with Colby (his next-door neighbour), where he rediscovers his love for play.

Margret is married to Gord and is frustrated by his lack of organization -- even after all the years they've been together. In the end she remembers why she loves Gord so much in the first place.

Catherine is Colby's mother. She is asleep at the start of the film, which allows Colby to leave and play on his own. When she wakes up she is concerned, but eventually Colby comes home and reunites with his mother.

Es la terapeuta de la Clínica Horizonte Azul, Es directa y práctica, sin rodeos, pero siempre con un trasfondo empático hacia los internos. Su papel es guiar a los pacientes para enfrentarse a sus problemas y sanar, incluso cuando ellos se resisten. Le cuesta trabajo que Julián acepte su ayuda pero logra romper sus barreras y lo ayuda a sanar los conflictos con su ex pareja.

Es la exesposa de Julián y madre de Emi (10 años). Es amorosa y cálida, pero carga con cansancio y enojo tras años de lidiar con las adicciones de su ex pareja. Ama profundamente a su hija y busca darle estabilidad, aunque eso signifique confrontar a Julián o limitar su cercanía. Con la perdida de control de Julián en la fiesta de cumpleaños de Emi, Teresa decide iniciar el trámite para quitarle la custodia, se muestra dura porque no tiene otra opción, pero cede al ver que Julián de verdad hace su esfuerzo por recuperarse.

Interno de la Clínica Horizonte Azul. Joven "fresa", adicto al aire comprimido. Aunque se burla de sí mismo diciendo que es un “niño rico desatendido”, detrás de esa fachada se esconde una profunda necesidad de ser aceptado. Su vulnerabilidad aparece en los momentos donde baja la guardia, revelando que tras el sarcasmo hay un muchacho confundido que no sabe cómo encajar, crea una buena relación con Julián y el diverso grupo de internos que los acompañan.

Interna de la Clínica Horizonte Azul. Mujer mayor, cálida, con rostro amable y cabello canoso. Tiene un aire maternal y jovial. En el grupo, funge como una especie de madre simbólica para los demás internos, compartiendo sus experiencias con dolor y honestidad brutal. Su presencia aporta humanidad y recordatorio de que la soledad y la pérdida pueden llevar a cualquiera a buscar refugio en las adicciones.

Interno de la Clínica Horizonte Azul. Saúl Infante, mejor conocido como El Doc, dice ser descendiente de Pedro Infante. Hombre malencarado y de semblante duro, con una cicatriz visible en el cuello producto de una traqueotomía. Su mirada penetrante y actitud reservada lo hacen intimidante. No busca simpatías, pero impone respeto de inmediato. Su historia personal está marcada por la autodestrucción y la violencia, se percibe cierta sabiduría áspera adquirida a golpes. Será un buen consejero para Julián durante su estancia en la clínica.
