Role description

Ethan is a 24-year-old filmmaker whose career is on the up and up. He is deep in post-production on his latest film, Traintracks, an autobiographical horror movie based on the mysterious disappearance of his friend several years before. Despite maintaining a confident outer composure, Ethan's inner neurosis grows more troublesome by the day. He's not being truthful about what really happened to his friend, and having to relive the experience day after day through making his movie is slowly eating him alive. When he begins to hear a mysterious, all too familiar noise in the film, this is the final tipping point towards a total breakdown. Looking for performers who are able to play complex psychological distress with just a look.
